On-line RETURNS -- There will be a restocking fee of $15 per item on all refunds or exchanges via on-line purchases. We are not responsible for stolen packages; if your tracking number shows your items have been delivered and you have not received the package, you must contact your mail carrier and file a claim. Mocean is not responsible for missing, damaged and/or stolen packages.
